Cruel and undemocratic: Government inaction over 'performing' animals is a proper circus

VETS across Europe are calling for a ban on circuses using animals across the continent. The Federation of Veterinarians for Europe, which covers 38 countries, wants an end to the practice of mammals being used in travelling shows.
