Ga. man accused of trying to kidnap, rape, marry Ind. woman

A Georgia man is under arrest for trying to “steal” and rape a woman in Johnson County and force her to marry him. Kung Bik Cem, 19, of Tucker, Georgia, is charged with attempted rape, criminal confinement, and theft. According to court documents, Cem began communicating with the victim on Facebook. A few weeks ago, the victim told police she tried to stop communicating with him, but he wouldn’t leave her alone.
