Ex-Trump University student wants to take President to trial

A former Trump University student wants to drop out of a recent $25 million class action settlement and take President Trump to trial. Class member Sherri B. Simpson filed her objection to the November settlement on Monday, a move that could delay or endanger the entire pact, lawyers said. "This is a serious issue," class lawyer Patrick Coughlin told the Daily News.
