Breivik case against Norway over prison conditions to be heard in jail

Mass murderer Anders Behring Breivik’s court case against the Norwegian state over his prison conditions, which he likens to torture, will take place in the jail where he is being held, a court has ruled. Breivik killed 77 people in a bombing and shooting assault in 2011 because he was opposed to Norway’s multiculturalism. He has complained repeatedly about being held in isolation, which he argues is a violation of his human rights.
