Plano police officer faces disciplinary action after video emerges of him telling teen driver to stop smiling

A Plano police officer may face disciplinary action after a video from May shows him telling a teenage driver to stop smiling while pulled over, and later shouting an expletive at the driver and his passenger. The video, only a minute and 18 seconds long, was uploaded to Facebook in May. It isn’t clear in the video why the officer, identified by Plano police as Jeff Willis, stopped the teens.
