Uber driver, a retired cop, shoots passenger after alleged assault

A Florida Uber driver and retired NYPD cop fired his registered gun at a passenger who had turned violent Sunday night, according to reports. Steven Rayow, 74, was not charged after the incident, in which he shot his alleged assailant in the foot, but police are still investigating.
