Tropical Storm "Ela" - Central Pacific's First Named Storm of the 2015 Season

Tropical Depression 4E formed in the eastern Pacific ocean, crossed the 140 W longitude, which separates eastern from central Pacific Ocean, around 03:00 UTC on July 8 and entered the central Pacific Ocean.
