Lenovo gets hit with class-action lawsuit over the superfish adware fiasco

Plaintiff Sterling International Consulting Group (“Plaintiff”), by and through its undersigned attorneys, hereby complains against defendants Lenovo (United States) Inc. and Lenovo Group Limited (collectively, “Lenovo”) and Superfish Inc. (collectively, “Defendants”), on behalf of itself and all others similarly situated, as follows.
