‘Trigger-happy’ or well trained? Fresno police release video of Dylan Noble shooting

Officers shot the 19-year-old four times, including twice when he was on the ground. But body camera footage shows Noble hiding his hand, walking towards officers, reaching for his waistband and repeatedly failing to comply with commands.
