The Islamic State has allegedly released a photo of the beheaded Tomislav Salopek, a Croatian captured in July while working in Cairo as a surveyor for a French company. In the ISIS video released on August 5, ISIS stated that Salopek would be executed in the next 48 hours if their demands were not met.
